Sounds like a tool is inside the machine banging around. Everything gets a one star because it never worked for me to give it another rating. I immediately asked for a return and it has been three weeks and they have cancelled the pick up time ….for three weeks now!

Fills with water constantly. Bought it Best Buy but they wont do anything to make it right they just tell you to contact GE. Would NEVER purchase again and don't recommend to others.

Posted .We want to help you with your unit's washer not working. We recommend checking that the drain hose is not kinked or improperly connected. Make sure to straighten the drain hose and ensure the washer is not sitting on it. The top of the drain outlet should be less than 8 ft (2.5 m) above the floor. Additionally, make sure the unit's power cord is plugged securely into a working outlet, and perform an electronic reset by turning off the breaker for 3 to 5 minutes and then turning it back on.
