    About a year and a half after buying this washer/dryer combo, it started having issues and they seem to be just getting worse. First, it stopped locking. Now, it doesn’t run cycles (you turn it on and it just doesn’t do anything). We have to turn it on/off multiple times just to get it to wash a load of laundry. We don’t run large loads in this washer — it’s not meant for that. It’s a smaller washer. Overall wish we would’ve never bought it due to all of the issues.

    Product seems fine. Delivery was terrible. The people installing didn't install all the parts. In fact they were going to leave with some of the unused parts. The product was not properly situated in its desired location. They left before finishing the installation. They confirmed it would fit. Then because they didn't install it properly it does not fit
