Having issues after 14 months use due to belts and the washer shakes a lot. Overall, thats ok but recommend to buy extra protection plans.

It was a good replacement for a similar unit (combo washer/dryer) I had used for over 10 years before it broke down. It works pretty much the same but I do notice that it seems to use water more efficiently. But the delivery process was not smooth, the original date was canceled due to non-delivery and on the rescheduled date, the delivery arrived at least 5 hours past the scheduled time at past 9pm.

Works great, definitely for a single household. 1-3 individuals,

We bought this a few months ago (march) and it flooded our house during its first use. Best Buy found it was not worth fixing. Since its within the first year the responsibility falls on GE, that stated they dont have it on stock!!!! Ok that’s it, not on stock so no alternatives, no loaners, no comparable products, no possible date , NOTHING! NADA! Just wait. Who knows how long this will take. We even purchased and extended warranty. Which apparently doesnt help. This is unacceptable, we have been Best Buy and GE customers for years and the lack of care, nonchalant, bas service, indiferent way that the employees from BOTH companies display is just terrible. We are both older customers that need this equipment yet nobody cares. In this case is not even the product, is the lack of customer service displayed by both Best Buy and GE. They are very eager to sell, but when you need them they are no where to be found. This equipment was purchased at the Best Buy Store at Plaza Las Americas, San Juan, Puerto Rico! Just terrible!

I'm very satisfied with my spacemaker washer and dryer. I could hardly hear it washing or drying. It has plenty of room for the cloth.

Its a good washer saves space and time. Kind of diifficult to use but eventually you get hang of it.

I bought it and didn't like it. I had the same brand of washer and dryer for a long time. It was good. But this one was more noisy. I live in an old building with very thick walls. If you live in the house and you can install it in the basement or you have a laundry room on the first floor and you sleep on the second, it should be fine.

We replaced a 20-year-old laundry center, and have been very pleased. All the differences seem to be improvements. I like the flexibility to stop and start throughout cycles, and was surprised to see there are washers that don't offer this feature. Delivery, removal of the old unit and installation went very smoothly and could not have been handled more courteously. I'd recommend the product and process wholeheartedly.

This appliance works well have had it since July 2021 and have had no issues.

Works well, wish it had a different type of base to allow easier sliding into place and moving for cleaning under.

Washer/dryer cleans well and is quiet. Saves a lot of space.
