Newer washers will make different sounds than your previous washer. You will hear clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. To listen and watch videos or normal washer operation, please check out page 20 in the manual to click on a QR code. If you feel what you are hearing isn't normal, please take advantage of your warranty by reaching out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393.

I purchased one in 2021 and I've had 6 Service Calls to-todate and Assurion refuses to replace the mackine. They keep ordering parts and nothing works. My tenant keeps threatening to withhold rent. Delivery waa ridiculous - the dtiver refused to bring tje machine up ONE flight of stairs and without saying anything looked at the stairs and drove off. When we called Best Buy, one rep told us to buy another type of machine so it would be easier for the tech to carry up the stairs. It took 4 calls before another rep asked the delivery company to bring additional delivery guy. It took me hours to resolve the delivery issue and the delivery was cancelled 2 times by Best Buy's delivery team until i got my mackine. It was unbelievable. Service waa horrible.
