    Dryer broke 3 weeks after in was installed. Bestbuy refused to help as I didnt purchase an extended warranty. Took the manufacture over a month to repair it. Washer is also pulling items like pillow cases into the machine and are difficult to retrieve.

    Bought this for our daughter. On the 16th day, it stopped working. It was 2 days past eligibility to return so had to call GE for repair. They KNEW what was wrong so they sent part ahead of service visit. Technician told my daughter this model needs LOTS of repairs and to buy the extended warranty. SAVE YOURSELF and don't buy it

    Takes forever to start washing and only fills up with water occasionally! I wouldn’t buy another one of these..

    Very bad experience Your team just couldn't get it right from the Start Start The delivery team Could not get the proper address in the one database had the right address the other did not it was a comedy of errors Unfortunately this has soured my Willingness the by future major appliances at jerk appliances at Best Buy I in fact went to a competitor and got to my surprise a better deal cheap better deal cheaper with more or benefits installation and a longer warranty along with parts art I was quite surprised I finally gave up and canceled the order

    It was horrible made a crazy noise then it started leaking from the bottom never again

    The worst installation, They did not test the washer and dryer and now I have a flooded room as the plumbing was poorly hooked up.

    This unit has a mind of it's own. You can not make any adjustments during a cycle to the water temp, etc. You have to turn it off in order to reset anything. I don't like it.

    Don’t no if it works or not, still in my garage, customer service is terrible! I will install it myself today once I go buy a dolly to move it.

    You don't want my true thoughts. I purchased my unitized washer/dryer combo on 5/14 and I am currently on the schedule for installation on 7/22. This is a case study in everything that can go wrong has gone wrong. I know it's hard to get employees these days, much less good ones but I am appalled at this situation. I am in no rush to buy anything from Best Buy anytime in the near future. I can't rate the product since it's currently sitting in my dining room. I hope it's god but who knows??

    Went from a front loader to this top loader and am so happy. Saves the bending low and reaching into a dark washer. Much happier with the agitator like the washers I grew up with

    After 2 service calls for the GE stacked washer dryer we purchased (to replace an awesome, but finally worn-out after 15 years-Whirlpool unit-discontinued), we are beyond frustrated and unhappy! The dryer works well (but noisy). The washer can only handle very small loads and you have to be very careful which settings to choose. Towels can be only washed (4 max) separately. Don't even think about even a lightweight (i.e. fleece) blanket, even with something to balance it out! Noisy, shakes all over the place, and just miserable to do laundry! Do NOT buy this machine!!

    Lasted exactly one year and one week before breaking down. The washer no longer drains it just fills up and stops. Not covered under best buy or GE manufacturers warranty since over one year. Buy the extended warrantee (you'll need it) or skip and get a higher quality product.

    The washing machine is is very very very noisy. I had the repair man out to fix it. The answer is. Nothing wrong with the machine. That is how it sounds. The dryer is great

    Washer stopped draining after less than 2 years. When it works, it is decent. I recommend leaving the top open as well, or you might get mold.
