    After 2 service calls for the GE stacked washer dryer we purchased (to replace an awesome, but finally worn-out after 15 years-Whirlpool unit-discontinued), we are beyond frustrated and unhappy! The dryer works well (but noisy). The washer can only handle very small loads and you have to be very careful which settings to choose. Towels can be only washed (4 max) separately. Don't even think about even a lightweight (i.e. fleece) blanket, even with something to balance it out! Noisy, shakes all over the place, and just miserable to do laundry! Do NOT buy this machine!!

    Didn’t work knobs didn’t turn and when I set it up it didn’t turn on at all

    Lasted exactly one year and one week before breaking down. The washer no longer drains it just fills up and stops. Not covered under best buy or GE manufacturers warranty since over one year. Buy the extended warrantee (you'll need it) or skip and get a higher quality product.

    Washer stopped draining after less than 2 years. When it works, it is decent. I recommend leaving the top open as well, or you might get mold.

    The washing machine is is very very very noisy. I had the repair man out to fix it. The answer is. Nothing wrong with the machine. That is how it sounds. The dryer is great

    The W/D is a good machine and Irene Is a fabulous sales person(I have bought many products from her). However, the installation was horrible!!

    Turned on when nothing was on, water filled in tub when turned off. Exchange was delivered without instillation ordered, after two more days finally got a working machine, and installed by two good workers on 9/17/19

    Awful experience...1st two didn’t work, BBy was out 4 or 5 times, The final unit, doesn’t work on all settings. Only one. Won’t shop at BBy again

    I didn’t like that the dryer doesn’t have heating options and the clothes takes a very long time to dry. Especially bulky items such as Jen’s and covers.

    I’d love to review this item, but I purchased it a month ago and it keeps getting delayed. When I initially purchased it, the wait time was 7-10 days. No information on when I’ll receive it.

    I bought this washer/dryer in december and now it is not working. The water fills and then, nothing. The agitators moves about every 10 seconds.

    I did my research and decided on this product after having used a similar product with no problem. However after it was delivered I was able to do two full loads in the washer before it just completely stopped working.

    First one was damaged, had to deal with a replacement. At least bestbuy was responsive and willing to do an exchange for a new one since it was damaged on arrival.
