I bought the GE Spacemaker stacked unit in the larger size and it has been EXCELLENT!! It has manual and automatic settings, which I love. It also has an agitator. I can fit our king comforter inside (takes some practice but certainly does work). It dries phenomenally well!!! I have recommended this over and over again. When we get a larger home, we I’ll likely but 2 units and put them side-by-side because they’re also super affordable. We bought our original unit from BestBuy via open-box, but it was dinged up during delivery so BestBuy replaced our open-box item with a brand new item at no additional cost and covered the second delivery, installation of new machine, and removal of the old machine. We did LOTS of research because our laundry space is compact and this unit fits PERFECTLY! I was both surprised and pleased with BEstBuy’s customer service. They went above and beyond without me having to ask. The location is Ashford Dunwoody in atlanta (perimeter area)... Truly grateful.

I was very surprised by how much roomier this GE machine was than my previous Whirlpool. I live in a townhouse and needed a stackable that fit in my closet sized space but had larger capacity. The improvement is vast, all the controls are easy to use. You can prefill to add detergent then add clothes or use precise fill to measure exact amount for the load. I can also wash my queen comforter and the delicate cycle is so much gentler on all my fabrics. The gas dryer evenly dries all my clothes and don't often need to put in static sheets each time. I am very happy with this purchase overall! GE makes a quality appliance!

I always hated washing clothes. This machine makes washing fun. So simple to use, Quiet. I’ve had about 3 other different brand laundry centers. I had a bad experience with all 3. Worst than a bad marriage. This machine is by far the best as it gets.

Fits in a small space, but the loads aren’t too small and it functions well for me and my two kids ( who do a lot of Laundry). Great color. Had a month and am very pleased

Very quiet, large load capacity is a great value. My wife likes that she can reach in both the washer and dryer.

Perfect for my needs and installation was perfect! Installers were personable, knowledgeable and efficient… picked up after themselves and made sure I knew how to operate the washer and dryer! Went above and beyond! Would recommend to all of my friends! Two thumbs up!

I thought I was buying from a reputable and reliable company. GE supposedly has a good reputation and the reviews were very positive. When the machine was first delivered, the installer didn't have the proper fitting gas valve so I had to run to the hardware store to buy one. He had to go make other deliveries and couldn't promise he would be back to finish mine. Fortunately, I tipped him and he came back. Then, less than a month into owning it, water started overflowing from the washer and leaking all over the sides of the machine and into the drip pan. I went on GE's website and wrote a detailed explanation of the problem. I then scheduled a GE repairman to come look at it. He diagnosed the problem as faulty drain hoses. But he didn't have any replacement hoses to use to fix the problem. A repairman who comes without the equipment needed? What was the point of him coming out? Why did I write a description of the problem if he was going to arrive unprepared? I was forced to call GE to get new hoses. But they're out of stock for 4 weeks. Guess I'll be going to the laundromat for my laundry. Again, don't waste your time with GE.

DONT DO IT!! Want a nightmare of a machine, then you become stuck with it and all the maintenance it will need when it's new. The maintenance team is not always available and not consistent and what they say. I've felt close to having a mental breakdown when dealing with this machine and not to mention the cost of water it take for you to try and understand whats wrong with the cycle.

Horrible experience with Best Buy and GE. The washer broke about 20 days after it was delivered. Best Buy passed me off to GE where there are 2 hour hold times. I put a service request in online. The rep from GE came out and said parts were on backorder. It has been 3 months and no one from GE has reached out to me about progress even though I have sent many messages.

Sometimes goes out and balance and then burns out. I wish it would be more reliable!
