Want a nightmare of a machine, then you become stuck with it and all the maintenance it will need when it's new. The maintenance team is not always available and not consistent and what they say. I've felt close to having a mental breakdown when dealing with this machine and not to mention the cost of water it take for you to try and understand whats wrong with the cycle.

Best Buy passed me off to GE where there are 2 hour hold times. I put a service request in online. The rep from GE came out and said parts were on backorder. It has been 3 months and no one from GE has reached out to me about progress even though I have sent many messages.
