I thought something was wrong with the agitator on my new unit because of the noise, like a constant rubbing sound. Its’s normal. If you go to the GE website and put in your model# there are videos as to sounds and funtions that it normally makes. I think alot of customers actually have the shipping bolt still in…advice: Read your manual and save yourself worry and aggravation. These newer units are water/energy programmed and don’t funtion like past models, the water is less and wash/soak spin time is longer. I adjust my load. The dryer is very spacious, quiet and dries my clothes quickly. My clothes are clean and I am liking my new unit more and more.

Bought this couple months ago and it works phenomenal! My family is very satisfied on how quick and reliable it is. 10/10 will definitely recommend. Its also very space saving so makes tour laundry room look bigger. Fit up to. king size blanket. Hoping thos beast last us forever.

Love this new washer/dryer. Big upgrade from my old one.it’s actually pretty big. Can fit king size comforters with no issue. Washes and drys wonderfully. It’s also so quiet to can barely hear it when it’s on. Would definitely recommend

Bought this to replace old set. The difference in capacity and performance is ridiculous. Definitely a better wash. Holds way more clothes washer and dryer. Dryer is way more efficient. Definitely happy with this unit. Family of 8.

This is the second one I've had the first one they brought and there was forklift damage getting a new one replaced with this one was a little hectic but once I got the second one no problems easy to work with self-explanatory something to get used to being a brand new one but overall I would definitely recommend it doesn't take up a lot of room either. It's also quiet for me anyways.

It is a very good washer/dryer combo. Cleans great. Much better than the front load it replaced. I dinged it one star because it is louder than other washer we have had. Overall I would buy it again

We've had this for about 6 months now - very good quality so far. Our clothes come out smelling fresh. Easy to clean. I like the auto-sense wash cycle that fills the water to the precise level. The capacity is amazingly big for a stackable washer / dryer. The only downside is that it's a bit loud during the washing cycles.

Great Value, nice size and I love the top loading washing machine. When not in use you can easily leave the lid open for easy ventilation so that no musty smells develop. I also like the dial vs electronic option. Less to break.

affordable and durable unit for rental property, installation and balancing the unit is a little tricky, but a great unit. We've got this unit for a few apartments and have no complaints.

Noisy compared to my old Whirlpool. Seems a bit long on dry time. But nice capacity. Low washer profile provides easy access.

I was surprised to see how much laundry this unit can handle. I was expecting to have to wash more frequently, but that is not the case. It even held a bulky queen-sized mattress pad. Everything works well. The angled lid on the washer makes loading and unloading a bit inconvenient but isn't a major problem. So far, I am delighted with this unit.

This combo might be for small spaces but the actual size of the washer and dryer is large enough for blankets and full loads of laundry! Washes very thoroughly. Very happy with this purchase

I live in a condo, and required a space saving unit, and literally put it through the wringer upon first use, as I had about 3 weeks of washing to catch up on since my previous machine had to be replaced. It was a work horse, and I am happy with the results. I originally had my doubts about this washer/dryer combo, but am happy to date.

It cleans and dries pretty well and quickly, but it is loud. The interior is a nice size for one of these kind of units.

Big, bulky but a workhorse. Hard to move around, but a good, hard working machine that gets your clothes clean in a small space.

Purchased for it's compact size. Comes with almost everything to install such as exhaust vent tubing, two water supply hoses, standard three prong electrical cord, and water exhaust hose. I did purchase the stainless steel water supply hoses from Best buy though. Not included was the gas supply hose, you will need to purchase this hose separately to install. Machine works good so far.
