Delivery issues.

Overall, average machine and price. We also had delivery issues that made the delivery take much longer than expected. We live on a 3rd floor and cleared that before purchase, crew showed up and left on the first attempt because they needed 4 people. BestBuy kept pushing the date back and when it got delivered only 2 people showed up anyway. Kind of frustrating that it took 10+ more days to get the delivery.

3rd Time a charm

BUT , If you are going to purchase one of these , It does make unusual noises . Precise fill sounds different than the other cycles . Dryer ( gas ) works very well . Dries faster than the washer .
