I can wash anything in this washer and it's not damaged, mangled, or missing. It spins thoroughly, clothes are almost dry. The ease and choice of options are perfect.

Wonderful buy! It's silent and very good at getting out stains. It's energy star and water efficient.

If I could give no stars I would, this is the most regretful buy, I wanted a washer that had an agitator because i love ild school CHAKA CHAKA WASHERS! Where you can hear the clothes washing this washer doesn't wash right, clothes still stink you have to wash twice because i just doesn't wash agitator sounds robotic and moves in slow motion. We regret buying this we had it for 4weeks and i wish i could return it. ;(

Wanted a washing machine like my last one, not all the bells and whistles. This model was perfect and reasonably priced. It's quiet and has many different cycles which was important to me. Very pleased with my purchase..

Stove works great. It takes some getting used to if you haven't had a flat top before, but it heats and cooks nice.

I purchased a HE top load washer with out an agitator. It was a nightmare. Returned and got this. Now my clothes are clean.

We had to purchase this washer because the bearings went out on our not quite 3 year old LG front loader. This washer has a large stainless steel tub and lots of different settings. The only drawback so far is that you need to manually select water settings to get enough water to cover the clothes in the tub. Overall, this machine is super quiet, except for the "jet engine like noise" that occurs at the beginning of the spin cycles-but this certainly can't compare with the metal grinding on metal sound that the LG front loader (with bad bearings) made for the last 3 months. It takes less time to wash clothes in this top loader, especially compared to the front loader. I think our clothes come out cleaner too! Overall, going back to the "old school" top loader was the best decision we've made in the laundry department in quite some time!

I looked for a machine that would do what I told it to do. My previous washer was an expensive Maytag whose electronic brain went haywire, refused to let me use cold water and would rinse my delicates in hot water--among other things. This GE has a feature that can decide how much water to fill, but you don't have to use it. It follows your settings, and it's astonishingly quiet--perfect for my second flooor laundry room

We purchased this machine along with a dryer. When originally delivered, the installer ran a test load and there was clearly a very loud noise during the spin cycle. I wrongly assumed it was because there was nothing in the machine. Upon doing laundry the next day we quickly realized the noise was a problem. We had purchased the protection and Geek Squad quickly came out and identified the unit had a defective motor. We simply swapped the machine out for another one and it works great. It really does a wonderful job on our clothes.

If you don't need a fancy schmancy washer, this is one is for you. Washes well, spins well, clothes come out close to dry.
