So, my wife and I decided to help her get this unit (and a matching washer) for her place. The entire process was very smooth, right down to the free installation.

The clothes are still damp when it cuts off even when more dry is selected.

Good product for the price

It scared the living daylights out of me the 1st time it went off. And there is no way to cancel it going off. NOTE >updated email below

Worst buzzer noise ever

It has been a curse and I’ve been looking forward to getting rid of it— and then we purchased this dryer which has the loudest, most aggressive buzzer at the end of the cycle. Honestly I would have never purchased this if I had known and now we will be doomed for another several years with laundry cycle anxiety lol.

The one that was in my parents home was old, outdated, and took 4 times before the clothes would get dry. Best investment ever.
