Q: Is there a way to turn off the very loud end of cycle buzzer?
A: Oddly enough, on a GTD33EASKWW dryer the temp knob will rotate 360 in either direction. Turn the knob clockwise 2 full turns, does the buzzer now sound any different?
Q: Which setting is hotter, cottons or casuals?
A: Cottons is the highest.
Q: Does this dryer have a light inside that automatically turns on when the door is opened?
A: I can't believe a dryer doesn't have a light inside. I of course didn't find this out until it was delivered. Ridiculous!!
Q: Does this come with a power cord?
A: Hi Heatherg27- The power cord is not included. GE Electric Dryers require a 208/240 volt, individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 30 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. Q: How to silence buzzer at end of cycle
A: Unplug the machine. Take the access cover off of the back of the control panel. Unplug the buzzer. It’s the only thing back there that has only 2 wires going to it. I unplugged only the black wire. Replace access cover. Plug back in. No buzzer
