Flimsy lint filter. Dial is awful. Drying is just okay. Poor cool down cycle. I do not recommend.

So i kill dryers in my house. Not sure why i let others do the laundry for me but in short, this dryer has lasted longer than my other two so i am giving it 5 starts because it stand up to the teenage horde in my residence.

Simple to use kind of loud a little bigger than I thought

It lasted less than 2 years. I bought it November 2023 and it stopped working in March 2025.

The dryer was delivered and installed, and the installer left. Then it became apparent that the dryer did not heat. The thing simply did not function. So we had to order a replacement. Why are appliances like this not checked somewhere along the line to see if they actually WORK??

Only time will tell, but so far we are very happy with our decision to go with this model. I just hope it lasts, unlike the one we had to replace which was a different brand.

It is a horrible Drier. The buzzing noise noise it makes the signal the end of the cycle is as if a four alarm fire is going off! It's intolerable and no way to adjust or mute the sound. No happy little song being played. But a huge buzzing noise like there's an air raid siren going off. Do not buy!

We went to the store to order this dryer and have it delivered. Once it gets to our home it sits maybe 24 hours. It gets installed and does not heat up. Tried calling the store we purchased it from and no one would pick up. Ended up having to call corporate and spent an hour trying to speak with a supervisor kept getting hung up on. This has soured any chances of me spending money in best buy in the future.

Swapped for a slightly better dryer with more options but there was nothing wrong with it.

So happy I bought this dryer. Excellent product, smooth and great load space. The price was incredible. It exceeded my expectations.

I ve used it several times and are becoming more familiar with the settings so clothes are coming out sufficiently dry

I purchase this for all my rental properties for the easy functionality of these units. The tenants love it and they last long!

pretty great dryer so far. It has a pretty loud ring but other than that, it gets the job done.

Easy to install. Got the correct cord for it that was not extra cost. Dry time was cut in half from my old unit did.

We hooked up the dryer ourselves and it starts but doesn't stay running. So not sure how well it does the job only had it installed a day.

This dryer worked great for the first few months. Had for eleven months when the heat just stopped working. Purchased Geek Squad so called in a repair. Third party repair place did crappy job so three months later it messed up again, same issue. Called another repair which started out good but then turned into a nightmare. Tech cancelled and so having to wait another week to get it fixed. Appears to be heating element which will need a total replacement, according to tech that eventually cancelled. Getting my basically new dryer repaired due to faulty craftsmanship should not be this difficult, that's why I bought Geek Squad, which apparently doesn't make a difference. Very frustrating!! Not a happy customer!

Its a dryer. Drys well. Will not fit a queen size comfortor. Cant turn off buzzer for end of cycle

No nonsense dryer which is what I wanted. Works well and large enough interior

My mother is loving her new dryer! No complaints. Recommend all GE appliances!
