the problem here is not the product but the protocol on how the delivery and installation is. One group delivered the dryer, then another crew had to come and remove and intall it, but it took 2 and half weeks for the store to send out a crew to finish installing it.

I was able to purchase this dryer and schedule delivery within 2 days and also have my old dryer hauled away. Be home install team arrived within 5 minutes of their install time and we're very nice clean and fast. I recommend this product and the home install team

It does the job but wish it had a low heat setting. I think it is a decent no frills dryer for the price. Only HUGE complaint I have is the buzzer at the end of the cycle is extremely loud and goes off for at least 20 seconds. Really irritating.

Absolutely best service ever. The dryer is great. I don’t know why the huge fuss over the buzzer. It’s not that loud. I guess it depends what room you have the dryer in. My only complaint is there is no light inside the dryer.

I purchase this for my son and daughter-in-law as their dryer had just gone out and they just had a new baby. It couldn’t have come at a better time for them got to keep my baby looking pretty.

This dryer is AWFUL. And the 1 year manufacturers warranty is a SHAM. You have to fight with GE to get them to fix it. They don’t have parts for this model. So they will send out parts that aren’t what the tech ordered. Ours starting having trouble the second week we had it. It was delivered in March 2018, It’s now July and they still have not fixed it after coming out 4 times. The dryer is a lemon. They know it the tech knows it. And we know it. In all I have used this dryer for only 14 loads. I have had to gone countless times to the you wash place just to dry my clothing. They will not reimburse for that. I paid for a lump of tin. It doesn’t turn on any longer and they just want to send more parts.

Delivery was an absolute nightmare, inconvenience, terrible experience. I opted to purchase from BB due to a vendor praising their warranty program. BB’s selection of US manufacturers appliances pales in comparison to HD & Lowe’s. I trusted my vendor’s advice & found 3 appliances to purchase from BB. I own rental properties & have purchased 10x more appliances than the average person. When I say the delivery scheduling experience was a nightmare, it’s not an exaggeration. I’m already looking to purchase several appliances for properties. I will not even look at BB, based on the multi-day 12 hour delivery window, with zero updates, communication or way for the customer to easily communicate or narrow down delivery windows. BB did an excellent job of leaving the worst taste in the customer’s mouth.

not the best dryer. before these dryer, my old one work for 7 years .these one has olmost 4 and is not heating like should be

I loathe this dryer. It works perfectly fine. There's nothing wrong with it on that front. However, this dryer makes a loud buzzing sound not only when it's done, but also before as a warning. And there's no way of turning it off. It's so obnoxious that you can hear it from outside. It startles the crap out of myself and my dogs. If it wasn't for the fact that it was delivered to a third floor apartment and I don't have the manpower to return it myself, I would have returned it immediately.

Very basic dryer, the alarm is so LOUD when sounding that the clothes are dry that I thought it was a construction horn. No inside light, no energy efficient. It simply drys your clothes. I wouldn’t purchase it again. It was the only one in-stock so we needed a dryer ASAP and that’s the only reason we purchased it.
