    this is such a better dryer then my last! This dryer catches pet hair so well I was shocked! I love the size and the inside height. This dryer is SO quiet. I had to get use to the dry cycles, but once I did it was great. It's a no frill dryer that works great. The delivery team was excellent. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend this dryer and Best Buy to anyone.

    dryer is meeting my needs once installed once it was able to be installed. Disappointed Best Buy doesn't sell LP conversion kits which we needed to install. Costed us more that expected.

    The only negative is that the irritating end of drying cycle buzzer cannot be turned off. Kudos to the installation team which was on-time, knowledgeable, and efficient.
