Save money on energy bills with this GE gas dryer. The aluminized-alloy drum helps the dryer work more efficiently to save energy and repel corrosion. Three temperature settings let you dry your clothes according to the fabric instructions. This GE gas dryer has an auto-dry setting that stops drying when your clothes are ready.
A: Everything is electronic. There is no permanent stay on pilot light. Just took a look at mine and see no where and have not needed to relight anything. My guess would be the igniter system is faulty or the gas valve is turned off so the system doesn't read gas flow.
A: Hi Juan, thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your dryer not drying your clothes completely. We can understand how this would be frustrating. There are two articles that we think may help. They are on our website and are titled "DRYER TIMER STOPS DURING THE CYCLE" and "DRYER TAKING TOO LONG TO DRY CLOTHES." If none of the tips in either of these articles help, and your unit has been installed properly, then we'd recommend a service call to investigate further. Hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA

A: Hello KennyB, thank you for your question. We are sincerely sorry that your dog is frightened by the end-of-cycle signal for your dryer. We truly understand how that would be frustrating. We do not have a way, nor do we recommend, that you disconnect or cut any of the internal electronics on your dryer. Should your dryer need any repairs while in warranty, if it were to be determined to be caused by intentional damage to the electronics, your warranty would be void. Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns about your appliances. We are always here to help. -Chris@GEA
Q: Do I need to elevate my gas dryer if it is located in the garage?
A: HI Rosy you don't necessarily need to but depending on your climate and the amount of moisture you get wicking through the cement floor it might not be a bad idea. Moisture and electronics don't mix to well after a while
A: undefined
Q: What is the dryer's gas consumption (LPG) per cycles and/or per use?
A: Sorry I can't be more helpful. I bought it for my daughter. She says its very quick and efficient.
