Hi Juan, thanks for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your dryer not drying your clothes completely. We can understand how this would be frustrating. There are two articles that we think may help. They are on our website and are titled "DRYER TIMER STOPS DURING THE CYCLE" and "DRYER TAKING TOO LONG TO DRY CLOTHES." If none of the tips in either of these articles help, and your unit has been installed properly, then we'd recommend a service call to investigate further. Hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have the same model. Make sure you set it on the TEMPERATURE KNOB, "COTTONS REGULAR" . Then, before you press the START button, make sure you turn the LARGE TIMING KNOB to THE FURTHEST AWAY from ZERO/OFF (which is the "MORE DRY" setting). If you only turn it half way, you are not setting the dryer for more heat. The other thing you could do is use the actual TIMER count down setting and set it for the maximum amount of time. You would have to experiment. The DRYNESS depends on how thick all the clothes/towels are and what type of material and of course HOW FULL your load is that you are drying... There are a lot of variables there to consider, as to How HOT and How LONG you need or want to run the dryer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IF YOU can find the Ecodry feature and turn it off - yes. but i have yet to locate it- not in the manual (tells about the feature) but not how to turn it off. When you turn off that auto feature, you will get dry clothes and hotter dry to the clothes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on what the setting is
