Everything is electronic. There is no permanent stay on pilot light. Just took a look at mine and see no where and have not needed to relight anything. My guess would be the igniter system is faulty or the gas valve is turned off so the system doesn't read gas flow.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No there's no gas pilot to light. Your gas might not be turned on. You need to get a plumber out there to take a look at it or the gas company.
