The Washer was missing the GE emblem which does not conform to brand new washer if it's missing the emblem how do I know this was not a return from another client.

Poor Quality Control from GE cost me $300

A wire on the heating element broke due to poor quality control from GE about 5 months after the factory warranty expired. It cost me about $300 to fix it. Avoid this at all costs and just get an LG. GE is Trash. Don't get me wrong, the capacity and all that is OK but it means nothing if the heating element breaks after a year. Trash.

Im going to have to call someone to look at it i have only had it a month and 2 days. ☹️

For the best drying performance, we suggest keeping loads from being too small or too large and spun out well from the washer. Delivered Defective

I keep running into road blocks on bringing a replacement. My old dryer was removed, which worked. Now I am unable to do laundry. I have asked twice to have a replacement and the excuse is that the driver had to wait to the end of their shift to report it. I was told by the installer that he would submit it as soon as he got back in his truck. Then I’m told it takes 24 hours to update in the system. I am so frustrated. I hope this disappointment will be resolved with expediency.
