It takes all day to get a load dried. I’m seriously thinking of returning it. The sensors must have the worst settings imaginable. I have to constantly change between sheets cycles, towel cycle, jeans cycle to get a load done. I would expect more from GE. BB has been disappointing for sometime now. I wish SEARS was still operational here in Georgia.

I called GEs service department and they sent someone out. I was quoted $600 +$100 service fee to get it fixed. Not worth paying the price of the dryer almost annually to keep it running.

This has been a great dyer so far and we have had it for almost 3 years with no issues. We would recommend this GE to anyone that is looking for a dyer that can handle anything from a small load to a big load and still get the job done.

It stops heating. I know of 2 other people who own same dryer. The same has happened to them same model. I do not recommend this dryer!
