    The dryer worked but had a loud clanging noise on the right side like maybe it had been dropped. I had them to exchange it out for another set and different brand.

    We have to restart this dryer for up to 4 times to accomplish the dryness of the clothes....not good...returned

    2 weeks in and already calling for service. It beeps but doesn’t fill. 10 days until someone can come to repair (hopefully)

    Not very pleased with the dryer. It takes all day to get a load dried. I’m seriously thinking of returning it. The sensors must have the worst settings imaginable. I have to constantly change between sheets cycles, towel cycle, jeans cycle to get a load done. I would expect more from GE. BB has been disappointing for sometime now. I wish SEARS was still operational here in Georgia.

    Was good for 18 months. Then the heat went out. I called GEs service department and they sent someone out. I was quoted $600 +$100 service fee to get it fixed. Not worth paying the price of the dryer almost annually to keep it running.

    Honestly it’s the worst dryer I bought in my life it doesn’t dry and it take more than 2 hours for one load I just returned it two days ago

    Dryer does not get your clothes all the way dry.. It has a sensor in it.. So when you put more time on your damp clothes it automatically turns off. Super annoying.

    It was dented sounded horrible and started sparking they are sending a new one hope that one runs better minus the dents it looks good

    We did our research and the GE 7.4 Cu. Ft 12-cycle electric dryer seemed to check all the boxes for us. This has been a great dyer so far and we have had it for almost 3 years with no issues. We would recommend this GE to anyone that is looking for a dyer that can handle anything from a small load to a big load and still get the job done.

    Heating failure

    I bought this in 2020, I have had to repair it 3 times already and possibly a 4th ti.e for the same reason. It stops heating. I know of 2 other people who own same dryer. The same has happened to them same model. I do not recommend this dryer!
