But I have to be honest, our last dryer took hours to dry anything. So having items dry in 30 minutes to at most an hour is wonderful. I also love that the vent can be placed on the side of the dryer since we have a smaller washer/dryer space. I gave it a 5 for value because at time of purchase it was $550, now I see the sale is over and it’s $850.

Everything arrived on time and the team advices me of some parts they were missing which I had to get myself to complete the setup. Wish the Best Buy delivery team carried basic supplies knowing the typical conditions during installations in more homes older than a decade. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

It absolutely gets my clothes and other items dry better than my previous dryer which was not a GE. I particularly like the Wrinkle Care component. That is a new feature for me and it WORKS! My t-shirts, blouses and other tops as well as wash-and-wear slacks are ready to wear without any touch-up.

Levi was extremely helpful with the process of returning another set of washer and dryer and repurchasing the pair that I have now. I can't say enough to praise Levi! He has helped us several times since December of 2019 with appliance purchases. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to my friends based on the service that we have gotten!

When it happend, I was DELIGHTED to find the GE dryer that matched my washer was available. Price was good, and I got the extended warranty and haul off of the Samsung POS. So far, it's been all roses and I get my laundry done in HALF the time too. Thank you Best Buy!!!

It knows the size load so it saves soap and water. It has setting that remind me that you don't throw all you need cleaned at same time. Result... My clothes cleaner than ever before and the correct setting, which is available without thought, will save my clothes so they last longer.
