    My dryer just turned 1 year old. And is already not drying. It will start the cycle, but stop a few minutes later. I've been trying to dry my clothes for 5 cycles now. This is a fairly new dryer. No way should I be having issues like this 1 year and 2 months after I purchased it. When it works I have no issues. But this issue isn't even on the troubleshooting list that I could trouble shoot. They warranty is for 1 year so I just missed that.

    We like this dryer, but I’m still trying to figure out all the cycles. I find that bigger loads take a lot of time to dry, but that’s probably because I’m picking the wrong cycle preset since there are so many choices. One thing I don’t like is the app…you can’t start or stop a cycle from it (as far as I can tell) which is not helpful.

    Everything about this dryer is pretty amazing, especially how big it is and that I can dry a big comforter in it. Only downfall is that although the washer connected to my WiFi and phone automatically, this dryer is having issues doing that. GE hasn’t been able to fix this issue yet, not sure if I’ll have to get a new one but that’s the only downfall. So if you’re not interested in getting a notification on your phone once it’s done drying then 100% buy this!

    The washer and dryer are great. The people that install are not. Horrible. They broke the first washer never probably set it up correctly. Absolutely worthless. Best Buy are not the ones who installed them. Plus the dented my front door.

    We’ve had our dryer for about a month now and doing laundry is such a pleasure. It even gets the wrinkles out! My favorite feature is the washer link. The washer tells the dryer what cycle to set. NICE!
