We had some issues with the initial delivery of the dryer being delivered broken. So for over a week we had the washer, but no dryer. Everyone at Best Buy’s provided excellent customer service as far as apologizing and trying to get us rescheduled for delivery of a new dryer as soon as the next delivery could be made, but the fact that the dryer was delivered to us broken was a bummer. We were supposed to be hearing from the managers after the delivery but we haven’t heard from them yet. So far we like the dryer but I have had to add time to the cycles a few times because the clothes are still damp. It may have to do with the fact that the dryer uses steam on some of the cycles- and we will have to learn which cycles are best for what we are needing don but it’s a very nice dryer and it fluffs the towels for you, which was unexpected by nice! It’s very efficient, quiet and allows us to do more laundry in a much shorter amount of time. This dryer also has a wifi feature that I don’t need, but love that I have it! It sends messages a few minutes before the cycle ends, once I is completed and again 30 minutes after the cycle ends. So for someone like me who gets distracted working on other things and ends up forgetting clothes- that won’t be an issue. The app also allows you to start and stop the dryer. I also love the reminder features. This is a wonderful appliance so far. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was due to the delivery issues, but it’s helping my family stay caught up on laundry and that is what’s most important!

After reviewing several larger capacity washer and dryers and ended up purchasing the GE Power Steam dryer. This dryers efficiency took some getting use to.( my old one was 16th a old) It dries in a timely manner. I love the power steam dewrinkle mode to get out the tough wrinkles. I have yet to explore all the different drying features this has to offer. One of the perks is that it does connect with my phone to tell me when the laundry is done. I guess done are the days of forgetting laundry! Overall I am very happy with this purchase. It came in at a good price point for us for the features it had. We also went with the dark blue- which compliments our house.

I’m enjoying my new washer and dryer! The tech features are great! I had no problems washing my comforters before storing them for summer. They washed and dryer perfectly by using the Bedding setting. I love how easy the settings are, as well. My only regret is that I thought I purchased the drawers instead of the pedestals. I still made it work. The washer and dryer are pretty quiet, too. I am happy with my purchase so far! The color is beautiful, too.

We absolutely love this washer/dryer pair! we have had GE washers/dryers for almost 20 years now and I feel like they are the best out there. Reliable, efficient, and even pretty! GE for life! AND Best Buy had the best prices out there and were easy to work with for scheduling delivery. I am very pleased with them since we made the choice to upgrade from our older (15 years old) GE pair just to get some new features but I was scared to let them go but our new ones are fantastic and will be just as loved!

This dryer is great! Very quiet, lots of options for different cycles, and tons of space inside. Was a little expensive overall, I think there are better options if you’re on a tight budget, but it’s definitely good quality!
