LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DRYER! So pretty and so easy to use.

Still learning the machine but so far it is easy to use.

We like the washer and dryer. Both seem to be very high quality. One small gripe is that the lint trap is a little annoying. It is a U shape that you have to open each time. Maybe it catches more lint but it is more inconvenient than a one piece lint trap. Would definitely buy again.

I like my new General Electric Dryer w/Bluetooth enabled and so many options including steam function for wrinkles free clothes. Got the white version. Nice

I purchased the GE dryer (model GFD85ESPNRS) from Best Buy with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and exhausting. The problems started not long after installation—well before any issues developed with the matching washer. The display panel on the dryer began malfunctioning early on. It would freeze, not respond properly, and eventually had to be replaced. I contacted Geek Squad, and while they did send someone out to replace the panel, the issues didn’t end there. For months now, I’ve been getting a recurring error code 29. I’ve called Geek Squad multiple times and had several service visits. Each time, the technician says everything is “normal” or “working as expected,” but nothing has been resolved. The error continues to appear, and the dryer clearly isn’t functioning the way it should. It’s confusing, stressful, and deeply disappointing. What’s worse is that I’ve asked for a replacement and was told it’s not an option—even though this is an ongoing issue that has never been fixed. I feel completely stuck with a product that doesn’t work properly and no clear path forward. I’ve tried to do everything right: contacted support, followed instructions, scheduled service. And still, nothing is solved. At this point, I feel trapped. No one is taking accountability, and I don’t feel supported at all. This has taken up so much of my time and energy, and yet I’m still left with a dryer that gives me constant problems and no peace of mind. I’m incredibly unhappy and unsatisfied. I trusted Best Buy and Geek Squad to stand behind the products they sell and support their customers—but that trust has been broken. I would not recommend this model, and sadly, I no longer feel confident recommending Best Buy either.

I've used this couple of months now and couldn't be happier

Absolutely love it. And it’s the perfect height with the pedestal for me not to have to bend over and deal with back pain just to get my laundry done.

A little noise but other than that I love it. I have them stacked but I think I am going to go back to side by side because I am too short. The venting system to keep the washer dry in the inside is the absolute best.

Enjoying the new dryer. Would definitely recommend it.

I love this Dryer , it syncs with the washer which is a cool feature just put clothes in and push start it automatically knows what cycle to run .

So far, very happy with this unit. The dryer has smart controls... probably more that we will use. The basics, like drying different types of loads to the level you want... it does very well. Using the app to get notifications that the load of laundry is done is also a nice touch. I would recommend this dryer.

Works really great I used to have problems for my comforter’s but now no problem at all I bought open box it wasn’t used at all But the time of delivery got too many scratches and Best Buy did compensate I recommend it for this … And I’m happy I

Very nice washer and dryer. I love thag it has steam settings/allergiene settings for those of us with allergies. I really like that the washer has a new venting system so hopefully wont get smelly like my old set. We have only had them for a couple weeks but so far they have been user friendly and great quality!

GE continues to be solid company producing good value consumer products. This dryer is no exception, works very well and we love the non-traditional color. Best Buy arrainged delivery and setup our machines, an excellent srrvice that lets the consumer relax.
