I like the washer. I personally dont think the vent is all that spectacular. The vent feature has to run a really long time to make any bit of difference and it is less wear on any motor just proping the door open.

The dryer works great. However, in shipment something heavy must have been stacked on top and the top is badly dented. Since this is the third unit we have had shipped to us, we elected to keep it as is.

I really love this dryer. I love the sensor and how it "knows" if the clothes need more time or when clothes are done. So far so good absolutely no complaints. If it continues to perform at this level with no problems I will update to 5 stars.

Awesome dryer. It dries quickly. The lint trap is awesome. My only complaint is it's a bit on the louder side.

It has done a great job so far. I like that the dryer will not start until you clean out the lint trap, so there's no chance of forgetting it. So far it has dried everything within one cycle. My one deduction is that the first one I received died after using it twice. It's a headache working through the bureaucracy with the manufacturer when this happens. Thankfully, Best Buy had my back and got it replaced. I wish appliance manufacturers had better customer support, but this is what I come to expect when appliance shopping. It's worth it to buy from a store that is focused on the customer.

So I now like doing laundry.. So weird. The cool thing about this dryer is that it is smart so you will receive alerts on your phone when your laundry is dry.

Many options for each type of load. Lint trap design seems a bit off, but no problems.

Dryer works to perfection, the quick refresh feature is my favorite by far!

Dryer is great. Highly recommend. The only reason I deducted a star is that I don't like how the lint trap is designed where you have to unsnap, clean, and resnap to clean the lint trap properly. Otherwise excellent dryer.

I bought the washer/dryer pair and like how spacious it is. I also live the color and love the options.

It's very quiet and quickly dries all laundry. The steam setting and fluff settings are amazing additions. I've been using it for a month now and am so happy with my purchase!

Nothing beats this product. I can simply say it’s the best.

They sit a little taller than the Samsung models they replaced which is nice. Like the light inside and the vent option on the washer. Blue color is nice change to our laundry room as well.

So far so good. I like the washer and the dryer set. My only complaint is they don’t stay connected to the Wi-Fi.

A very nice dryer. One of my favorite settings is refresh, especially if you forget to take something out right away, or couldn't. Has heat sensors to prevent over drying.

Looks great. Delivery has been a challenge and wish that we would have received the washing machine we ordered in May to be delivered in August with it to complete our laundry room.

Had the dryer for about 7 months and the drum cracked. They can send somebody out to look at it in about 2 weeks and then they're going to send somebody else to replace the parts if they have them. I'm going to be without a dryer for a month or more! The customer support lady chuckled and hung up on me.
