I bought this as an opened box and it works great! Just a blemish mark in the side and I was able to purchase for half the original price

I've had these about three weeks, and I love them. The app connected easily, and I love the way the dryer and washer talk to each other. They are quiet and smooth. Will revise this in a year to review longevity.

Works well. Easy hook up. Plus WiFi Smart HQ app comparable which is awesome to know when finished in basement.

No issues, does the job well. Not sure that I needed a steamer but I have it now.

Absolutely love my new dryer! I have used most features and thy work perfectly. I am surprised at how quickly it dries a full load. It is big and we purchased the matching pedestal to raise it up another 14 inches.

Three major issues - 2 with the dryer, 1 with Best Buy’s install 1. Whoever designed the lint trap for this dryer should be fired. Every dryer I’ve ever owned had a simple lint trap that you just pull out & drag your fingers across to get the lint off. This lint screen gets pulled out, and opened like a book. The opened “book” has several small lint screens that you have to clean, and tons of small little plastic holes that I have to use a tiny bottle brush to clean. You can’t clean those various screens without laying the “book” down on something and using both hands. Also, when you first open the dryer after the cycle completes, there are large clumps of lint and hair sitting on top of the vent. So you first have to carefully open the door and hold back any clothes that want to fall out, and clean off the hair & lint before pulling your clothes out - unless you want that stuff sticking to your clothes. 2. Kiss any string ties on hoodies & sport shorts goodbye. During the drying cycle the ties get trapped in a small gap where the door meets the lint trap. As you can imagine, the clothing keeps spinning round and round while the string is trapped which turns the string into a tightly wound, mangled mess. Another reviewer posted pictures of this, so I won’t bother. You wouldn’t think it’s a big deal, but if your kids play basketball and have ties to hold their shorts up, the ties WILL get warped. Does the dryer work well? Sure! It honestly works great. But I am certain that there are other dryers that work just as well without having to deal with those annoying issues. 3. Buy something else, and whatever you do - do NOT pay Best Buy to do the install. The installer that showed up told us he was by himself because his partner called in sick. So this kid who, no joke, maybe weighed 125 pounds, was supposed to haul in a washer, dryer, and dishwasher to different floors in our home. My husband, who just happened to be working from home that day, had to help him get them off the truck, brought into the house, and hauled up the stairs (again - we paid Best Buy to do this) They contract this work out to incompetent people who “forget” to connect the dryer tubing to the wall, so the first several cycles just vented into our laundry room. They also reversed the hot & cold on our washer. I ruined an entire load of delicates that were supposed to be washed in cold, but were instead washed & ruined in hot water. The installer also left all of the giant boxes sitting in our driveway for us to break down and dispose of, After we spent days trying to actually talk to someone at Best Buy, my husband finally got a hold of a manager at our local store. They said they could give us a whopping $50 for our trouble. My ruined delicates were probably worth up$300. We just threw our hands up and said fine, whatever. Good thing we didn’t hold our breath waiting for that $50, because it never came.

Love the notifications over my phone. The filter is a bit flimsy and cheaply made.

I think I got a lemon? I have to turn the dryer on for two cycles to dry the clothes and i have tried several settings. I tried the steam refresh and my shirt came out soaking wet. I want my old school dryer back. Ugh. I bought this because I saw all the great reviews.
