Excellent dryer. Leveling was a breeze. Dry’s clothes extremely quickly and despite being super powerful, it is exceptionally gentle with delicates. Highly recommend this product if you have the money. It’s undoubtedly the best dryer you can buy on the market to date.

The dryer has quite a bit more capacity than our previous dryer. Really enjoy all the features, especially the steam function!

This product is really amazing, the size is good and the overall performance is too good.

Large capacity can accommodate even our king bedding, and the connected feature means that washing settings transfer over to the dry cycle. Only critique is that the moisture sensor can leave clothes slightly damp, but I'm still tweaking dry settings. All in all, I love it.

Bought dryer it is roomy and does a great job so far.

I had never thought about buying appliances from Best Buy but when everywhere else in town kept selling out of this washer and dryer set my only option was BB! However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience, including the GeeK Squad delivery. I’ve only used the washer and dryer a handful of times so far but I like that the washer because of the venting feature, which will dry the drum and eliminate the funk that can accumulate without proper drying. The dryer worked well, although I wasn’t impressed with the EcoDry function, but there are other options I can manually select so it’s not the end of the world. Overall I’m happy with the purchase! Plus it comes with a 10 year warranty, which was a bonus!

We have had this dryer for 3 months now, and so far it works as advertised. We’ve had no problems at all. We normally just use the auto sensing dry mode and so far, so good.

This Dryer was a real pain to hookup! First: You sent and I paid for a dryer hose vent kit that was not needed, so we returned it for a credit. Secondly: The install crew DID NOT want to make the dryer hose come out the side plate knock out -- I had to coerce them to knock the circular panel out, but they still did not have the right parts. So I went to Lowes and bought a dryer hose and hooked it up myself. Thirdly: They did NOT want to switch the door, but we shamed them into it anyway. Fourthly: We did NOT get or was asked about at the store, the stacking kit so that the dryer could be installed on top. Best Buy had to come back and do that a week later and we had to pay for that too. Fifth:Once all this was taken care of; the Dryer's WiFi was almost impossible to connect to the SmartQ App and FAILED multiple times on setup. On The night before Thanksgiving GE called and their tech ()Josh) was our hero after staying on the phone with us for an hour and a half trying to chase down the quirky problem that had to do with disconnecting my home WiFi altogether and unchecking a little checkbox once we got there-fourths of the way through. I told Josh that for older people, this SmartQ app was a pain in the butt and they need to make it far, far, far simpler.

I believe that when installed, it was not very safe and with that it always hits and shakes making a lot of noise, apart from that it fulfills what it promises, but the noise really bothers, both with little and with a lot of clothes.

Execellent machine, reliable and durable. Large enough for families. highly recommend it!
