    Bought this machine for my mother. So far she's been very happy was it. The only problem she's had So far the only problem that that she has had is learning what all the options do.

    Do not like that you don’t have the option to fill the tub with water or a regular cycle takes over an hour. You save on water bill, but not electricity.

      We appreciate you writing a review. Our top load washer is energy star rated. If you would like more water in the tub, use the Deep Fill option. To do so, press and release the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add 3 addition gallons of water to the wash load or hold the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds to provide the deepest fill level possible. Please note that this will increase cycle time due to the additional time it takes to fill the washer. Washing times vary and are based on the cycle selected, options used, and load size.     I hate this set. It was overpriced and it it terrible. Half the time it doesn’t complete a cycle, and it’s never clean. $1700 for the pair and it’s awful. Avoid.

      We want to assist with any issue you're having with the washer not completing a cycle, and its cleaning performance. If the cycle isn't completing because the washer is going out-of-balance, you should redistribute the load and run a Drain & Spin cycle. We also recommend ensuring the washer is leveled; the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed. For the issue with items not getting clean, we recommend making sure the water temperature is at least 120°F and the washer isn't overloaded. Troubleshooting tips for your model are available starting on page 22 of the manual, and clothes not getting clean is discussed on page 23; that can be viewed on the Best Buy product page when you go to the Features section and scroll to the bottom. If you're having an issue with the matching dryer, PTD70EBPTDG, that model's manual can also be viewed on the Best Buy product page when you go to the Features and scroll to the bottom; troubleshooting starts on page 15.     Terrible washer. The center drum huts the sides when it is in the spin cycle and you can hear it 2 rooms away. It has to keep stopping after it is banging on the sides and then starts up again bangs the sides a but then stops again

    The washer has to be babysat. No mater how careful i am loading the washer when doing towels “only” im talking four maybe five towels. The spin cycle doesn’t work i have to unload and evenly lay the towels to get it to rinse and spin. This is the same for doing 1 queen size blanket or comforter.

    The experience was great at Best Buy. My mom wanted a new washer, but she wanted someone to explain all of the different features for them. She’s very happy with her purchase. She’s happy so I’m happy!!!!

    Waiting 2 months for our dryer since after 1 month we received a defective unit. The power button and the start cycle button didn’t work. Still waiting for replacement.

    Our washer’s lid sensor malfunctioned within six months of purchase, and we are currently in the process of getting it repaired. Unfortunately, the warranty provider, Bodewell, has demonstrated poor customer service, stating that it could take up to a month to resolve the issue. Given that this appliance is less than a year old, we find this delay and inconvenience unacceptable. Had we been aware of these challenges, we would have opted for a different brand. We strongly recommend considering other options before making this purchase.

    Doesn't get stains out

    Replaced a 15 year old washer with this one. At the end of my old washer's life, it was still cleaning better than this one. No matter what settings I try, most stains will not come out. Even simple things like deodorant marks remain after washing. Sometimes the pre-treater will still be visible and the item needs to be washed again just to get the detergent out. Also makes several loud noises that are just a normal part of the operation. Tons of settings if you use the app, but still doesn't make up for not getting my clothes clean. Doesn't save water or electricity when you need to wash the same thing 2 or 3 times. Also liquid bleach dispenser is not really a dispenser. More like a plastic funnel. The problem is no water rinses it out and bleach residue remains. It's located towards the front of the washer so clothes can touch it and get bleached. Learned not to use it the hard way. Definitely do not recommend this washer.
