    Looks good. Sounds good. Supposed to save water and electricity. But it doesn’t wash the clothes as well as I would like and I seem to always need a double rinse just to get out the soap!

      This is a beautiful washer, and we would really like for you to love it! Try pressing Deep Fill and the Max Spin speed to help distribute the water. We recommend using HE detergent so you can use less detergent while cleaning in cold water. GE_Appliances

    Trying to get my washer and dryer to my house was a nightmare! Had to reschedule 3X. Finally got delivered. Called week before being delivered to get compensation for the hassle and was told call back after delivery and installation to figure out compensation, but when I called back they said it was closed there was nothing they do for compensation now. Sounds like they set me up to not do any compensation at all!! Very disappointing been a customer for a long time.

    Had to return it. Didnt wash good, and left clothes still very wet. Seemed like it wasnt draining properly.

      This is definitely not what we expect to hear, or the ownership experience we want for you. We want you to be happy with your new washer. At the beginning of the cycle, the lid will lock, creating a clicking noise. The basket will then spin up and coast down several times to sense the load size. Water is being added to the basket and the basket slowly spins to distribute the water evenly over the clothes. The machine has a drive system that uses gears. The sound is the motor rotating back and forth to agitate the laundry. If you feel what you are hearing isn't normal, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to GE Consumer Service by calling 1-800-432-2737. GE_Appliances

    Awful loud grinding sound during agitating. Never got through one cycle of washing clothes. Sent washer back for replacement. The replacement washer did one cycle and started making the same grinding sound. Ater that, the drum would not spin. Will be sending that washer back as well. Looks good but that's it.

    This washer is nice but when it comes to drain/spin its loud and then it starts to unbalance!!! Wouldn’t recommend!

      We are very sorry to hear you are having these issues with your washer. This is not what we expect to hear. If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When the washer tries to redistribute the load, the Rinse light will be illuminated solid while the Spin light blinks. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. GE_Appliances

    It takes forever sensor to go away. First 10 to 15 minutes the machine uses sensor mode. Sometimes I get an error, ended up turning off and on again. will be reaching out bestbuy customer care team for a full refund.

    Afterbone year of use, the inside of the lid cracked and the paint i side the washer is peeling away. Purchased an LG because it’s supposed to be a quity product. Never again.

    DO NOT Buy: delivered 9/1/22, did 2 loads of laundry and it died, still has not been fixed as of 9/26/22, going to laundry mat to do laundry at $5 a machine
