Honestly, this washer looks beautiful inside and out. Offers amazing features within the smart app. However it’s a piece of garbage. I’ve had it about 3-4 months and it started leaking from the bottom of the water under the basket. Not what I expected from a sub thousand dollar washer :/. I would say get something simple without any built in technology.

Very easy to use and happy with the noise level. I was very surprised how much smaller this unit was compared to my previous washer and has a larger capacity.

This washing machine has been a game-changer in my laundry routine. I’ve only had it 3 months however It’s quiet, efficient, and surprisingly fast. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and well-spun—cutting down on drying time too. I love the variety of wash cycles, especially the quick wash and delicate settings. It has WI-FI and allows me to use with my phone!! The digital display is easy to use, and the machine feels sturdy and well-built. It also uses water and energy efficiently, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly washer that does exactly what it promises. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality upgrade!

Very pleased with this product large capacity for bed comforters and big loads of laundry. And the color is stunning. I bought both this washer and the gas dryer.

I purchased this GE Profile washer just over a year ago, and it has already had multiple serious failures, which is unacceptable for a premium appliance. The first issue was the washer failing to properly spin water out of clothing. A GE technician advised that the machine must be run on “Bulky” instead of “Smart Wash” so it would fill with enough water to balance the load. This defeats the entire purpose of the advertised smart, water-saving technology. If using the “Smart Wash” feature causes the washer to malfunction, then the feature simply does not work as advertised. The second issue involved the washer not unlocking. Rather than scheduling another service call, I researched the issue and found numerous customer videos and complaints online describing the exact same failure. This strongly suggests GE is aware of this recurring defect yet continues to sell the model without correcting it. Most recently, the washer lost power entirely, leaving it completely unusable. This happened on December 31, a time when laundry needs to be done before the New Year. Having a washer fail at such a basic level in barely over a year is unacceptable. I have owned older washers that lasted decades without these problems. This GE washer does not meet even basic expectations for reliability or quality. I do not recommend this product.

Love our new washer and dryer set. Very easy to use, durable and also love the saphire blue. It makes a really sharp looking dryer.

Nice machine, easy to use and cleans clothes well. The only disappointment I have is that this unit does not have an automatic liquid detergent dispenser. My last GE washer had that and it was very handy. This unit only has an automatic bleach dispenser. Now I have to measure out detergent for each load again. A little disappointing but my fault for not asking enough questions or doing enough research. I would have paid more to get it.

I love this machine, it was a replacement for a Maytag. It was initially delivered damaged so I am expecting a replacement, even damaged it has worked a lot better than my previous. The agitator makes a huge difference in the washing of clothes excellent for my 3 kids. It also has huge capacity even though I do not normally use it for huge loads I hardly ever fill it half way! I am not too technologically inclined so I have not really messed with all the Tech features but it is a great machine even without them.

Huge Capacity but if you try to load it up with alot of clothes it goes out of balance and crashes

Cleans clothes well and very roomy inside can fit 2 comforters a little louder than expected but overall good quality washer. Would recommend..

Great washer. Quiet and Easy to use. Only had it for a short time, but Love it!

So far so good! We've really enjoyed this washer. Love the feature that makes sure the soap is fully rinsed. The only time we've had any issue is when we have it filled to the max with super bulky and the balance cycle is rough.

The washing machine was more than what we needed didn't realize till we got it home almost on the edge of saying it's industrial but very nice looking and just couldn't get it to fill up with water all the way and that's probably because I'm not an expert at installing them but I believe the machine even though I returned it we'll make somebody happy that they can figure out how to work it correctly and especially if you have a lot of clothes let me tell you that great on the capacity that it holds we got ourselves kenmore's now may not look brand new but let me tell you sometimes the old ones are still the goodies good luck in your shopping and hopefully whatever machine you buy treats you well as long as you treat it well

Very easy to operate; quiet; slim design allows fit in smaller spaces.

The washer is big enough for a queen size blanket. There are enough settings so that any load can be adjusted however you need. There isn’t a setting that defaults to cold; so that is something a bit aggravating but it’s easy to switch. The spin options are great and it knocks a good amount of dog hair out. The actual detergent dispenser seems a bit poorly made but over all it’s been a good since we got it two weeks ago; probably 50 loads

Happy with purchase. This replaced older GE washer and has great cleaning efficiency and features. Huge basket and I’m able to wash more in less time.

This washing machine works great easy to use and is quite. I really like this washing machine wish it was in blue.
