The smart features make it impossible to get a dry load the first or second cycle. There is no Manuel way to get higher heat and more time. It’s very frustrating even if you are just drying a small load.

First unit was defective.

Worst washer Ive ever used

This washer does not clean clothes well on account of there not being enough water. I usually have to wash things three or four times if they are heavily soiled, and the clothes that do come out clean were barely dirty to begin with. Ive had items not even wetted at all since it sprinkles out so littke water. Its a sham.
