I wasn’t quite sure what all the settings mean, but once I got started it was great. It’s quiet, it’s smooth, and it handled a load of jeans without a hitch. Very impressed. I opted for the black (which is really gray) and looks really great. Big difference from my old machine.

So far I like this washer much better and its one of the biggest on the market. I wish it had the agitator to help get the clothes a little cleaner. It definitely does a much better job than my previous samsung.

Honestly, have not had it long enough to know everything. Besides washer coming with a dent on both sides. Its a little deep so kids can help you put clothes in dryer without a step stool. Love the big tub. Its quiet. Seems to wash well.

My only issue is that bulky items do cause major imbalance. Maybe I just don’t know how to load correctly. But I love love the tide pod section of the detergent dettings and my clothes has been cleaned just right.

Auto balance is a plus since we wash a lot of blankets. We chose the impeller option for that reason and laundry cleaned very well. Great choice for us.

It doesn’t balance on itself and the moment the spinning circle starts you’ll need to go and pull some of the blankets out, let it spin and add the rest.

Posted .We regret that you have concerns with noise and the washer has had a balancing issue. You can often resolve an out-of-balance issue by redistributing items and running a Drain & Spin cycle. You also may want to make sure to load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, ensure the load itself is the right size for the cycle, and check that the washer is level. Making sure the washer is level may cut down on vibration and therefore noise as well. If you continue to have trouble and think service may be needed, that department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737.
