GE waranty support sucks

Then GE basically said we didnt know how to load a wash machine and were slamming the lid. DO NOT PURCAHSE ANY GE PRODUCT

Everything about it is great. We got it delivered and set up. The delivery guys explained everything and answered all the questions that my wife had. Great choice getting this from Best Buy

NOT GOOD FOR LARGE FAMILIES

It is not intended for large loads of laundry. If you have kids that have a tendency to overstuff the machine, do not even think about this machine. It doesn't balance well with bigger loads - even blankets or towels - which causes it to stop spinning and not drain well leaving a sopping wet mess. Upon having a service call, I was told to do very small loads and to always run on the "deep fill" cycle as the "normal" cycle doesn't use enough water to cover a hamper full of clothes. I was told it was the wrong machine choice for my family and I should've gone with a front load instead. It's unfortunate because I consulted a sales rep at BB about a good choice for our large family with lots of wash and was told this was a good one. Apparently, not per the manufacturer rep though. Now I am stuck with a 7 month old machine that I can't wash sheets, blankets or towels with and need to break my hamper into 3 loads to get through a wash cycle. It's under warranty, but "there's nothing wrong with the machine". UGH!

Other than that, It is okay. I have been trying different types of loads. Not enough water. Even when you push "deep full.".. idk. Not going to return it though. Going to learn what works best for me.
