The cyckes are easy. My clothes are clean and smell fresh. I like the app reminders as well

I used the highest spin cycle setting and the blanket was overly damp when the cycle was complete. Otherwise this washer is overall a good buy.

I decided to bless a random stranger, mom of five with my washer and dryer and bought me a new set. This new set, along with the technician Best Buy sent to repair it has failed me. Long story short, the washer NEVER drained so my kids and I had to remove all the clothes from a washer full of water and hand wring them out. The delivery people scratched up the dryer. The tech that came to fix the dryer caused me to have to file a claim. An ADT guy was there with me and my children when my entire eat in kitchen area, living room and kitchen was flooded. Brand new rugs, flooring, game system, cabinets and so much more DESTROYED!!! We literally had to use EVERY towel in our home to try to stop the water. And I am left with a washer that still has water, no towels and no way to wash clothes and was told I can’t get a loaner. The next date available for this unit is February 7, which I don’t want another piece of junk. My home is destroyed. I can’t wash clothes and have to buy ALL NEW TOWELS, RUGS, FLOORING, ETC. NOT A HAPPY TOTAL TECH MEMBER OF MANY YEARS!!!!

Every once in a while it does get a bit noisy which it’s why I have it a 4 but other than that it does the job well

I have 5 people living in my house and we tend to go through a lot towels. The GE profile is able to throughly clean a big load of towels. Not only that, it has so many features that allows me to customize each load the way I want it washed. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that it sometimes get loud when washing a load, that is why I rated it a 4 star.

I purchased from bestbuy since they would install and take away my old washer that was broken. I did a lot of research on the available washers and I was really disappointed with the reviews and options available. I determined this was my best option and I am so happy I went with it! So far I haven’t had any issues, it washes really well. I was against getting a wifi washer but I do love the fact that I get a notification when the wash cycle is almost complete and if I forget - another reminder to take the clothes out! You are able to change the settings from the app which is nice as well. Overall, really happy with this washer and fingers crossed it lasts a while.

Love the app so I can see when the load will be finished, easy to understand directions, updates of firmware right from my phone, and washer cleans and wrings the clothes wonderfully. Drying time has been cut way down with how little water is left after washing. If you read the instructions you will see that the water is not meant to fully cover the clothes. So if you peak inside and see them not submerged, this is normal. Clothes come out clean and you save water. I saw reviews that said the washer was loud but I don't think it's any louder than my old washer. There is locking and unlocking of the lid that's a loud click but that's about it. Spin cycle is quieter than my old one. Delivery was right on time and installation & delivery were friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks!
