The display panel stop working. I love the color BUT when it starts it makes lots of loud sound. Like the gears are connecting but they are. It works. Also when the washer finishes there no beep or charms to indicate it finished.

Gets grease smell out of clothes.

He lives in an apartment and the complex has commercial washers. Those washers never got the smell out. When we bought this washer, we told him to try it, and he was so impressed that it took all the grease smell out and left his clothes smelling great. Love this washer.

It isn't like any other washer we have ever had before. It has built-in provisions to save on water and electricity. It's extremely flexible and easy to use. And It does an excellent job washing clothes, which is what we bought it for. We have used GE appliances for years and have a very good opinion of them. They work well, and they tend to last!

Posted .This is a great washer model with a large 5.0 cu. ft. interior capacity. Not only is the interior capacity large enough to fit your bulky items and bedding, but it was designed with an easier accessed capacity. Enjoy the large capacity while being able to easily reach the bottom of the washer! We're confident this model will continue to be an asset in your laundry routine for years to come.

Working great, the agitator cleans much better than the previous machine we had with impeller. Hopefully the tech keeps the mold-mildew out. 5 stars because it’s doing exactly what we expected and cleaning clothes that were not getting clean before we got it.

It fits a lot and balances it quite well. I like the clear lid and the setting options. I don’t really like the sounds the control panel makes and choosing the settings is a little annoying since you have to press to cycle through again instead of going up and down.

The cycle is longer than I thought and it doesn't default to maximum spin so it can be necessary to do a spin and drain cycle after completion of wash cycle.

Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. We recommend that you review the "Sounds" section on pg. 24 of the Owner's Manual for a description of the sounds you may hear.

It is very quiet and is large to wash a large load. What I don’t like about it is that it automatically goes to hot water and there is no indicator that the wash is complete.

AND BEWARE THAT THE PAINT FINISH IS VERY DELICATE. WILL SCRATCH EASILY. AND YOU HAVE TO READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THE DEEP WASH FEATURE. LONG WASH CYCLES WITH THE IMPELLER SETUP.

The only thing that I am NOT a fan of, is the fact of it going off balance with large loads. It will correct itself most of the time. Cleans clothes very well and is a great size! Also love that I can connect it to my phone and it will let me know when the laundry is done.
