When the cycle was fine the 3 items which was a shower curtain and 2 floor Matt’s were soak and wet! I am now waiting on my appointment which is next week for someone to come and look at it. OMG brand new

Faulty washer

I was unaware of the cancellation until I received a text telling me it was time to ‘schedule my delivery.’ Item was purchased 7/4, scheduled for delivery 7/13 and following cancellation, I was put to the end of the line and earliest delivery date it now the end of July. No one seemed to care about the issue so we went to Lowes.

Meanwhile, there have only been about 8 medium size loads of laundry ran through it.

The agitator was small in comparison to previous washers I've owned in the past. It takes a long time to wash a load. Does not wring dry as expected. Not loving this purchase.

Save your time and money and purchase another brand. The agitator is extremely weak and barely pulls clothes under water. You often have to wash your load of clothes 2 times. Terrible!
