Easy to use and I love the various wash cycles. I am able to wash a queen size comforter with ease and it gets it really clean. I wish it were a little quieter when in use.

It is recommended to use the Deep Fill and the Deep Rinse to get the most water into your washer. Selecting Bulky may help! All GE Appliances washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch. During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. Better Top Load Washer

After use of 2+ week using regular cloth and some big items, I am very satisfied with the wash. It washes all the cloths very nicely. Easy to setup different temperature and washing cycle. I would recommend for top load washer.

It works great and looks sharp — the Diamond Gray color gives it a nice modern touch. It’s hard to find a washer these days with a real agitator that actually cleans your clothes well, but this one does the job! The Smart Wash features are simple to use, and I like the extra reach design that makes it easier to load and unload. Clothes come out clean every time, and it runs quieter than I expected. Definitely recommend if you want something efficient and reliable.

better the front loader!

Been using it for a couple weeks now, does a better job on my front loader we replaced it with. Much easier to load as well. No moldy smells, like you get from the front loader. Would recommend

At first I started to return it because there was barely any water filling up, but then I figured out you have to put it on “bulky” cycle and I believe a deep water option and my clothes now are submerged in water and get soooo clean!! I love it!

The color is very beautiful. This has a very large internal capacity that can fit a king size comforter depending on thickness. I highly recommend and truly hopes that it keeps working at its best.

Sleek, but missing quality of life design

Washer has tons of wash settings which is great. If you use a setting that maximizes the water that is used some water leaks out the bottom. Fixed by not using a max water wash setting. It does get quite loud when its weighing the contents of the wash and can stay loud depending, but we also arent used to having the washer on the first floor, (had a different one in basement before)

However, the first couple of times I had to rely solely on the manual. I don't like the fact that I can`t see any suds... guess I am old school. It does make noise but I've gotten used to it now. I've had my washer for about a month now,. I don't like the fact that you can't regulate the water is in the machine.

This machine is big enough for a king size comforter, but still fits nicely within our relatively narrow laundry room. It has a bevy of settings, some of which we haven’t used yet. It’s quiet and efficient.

It fits almost 2 loads of my previous washer into one load and gets the clothes clean. Its quieter than my old one and I like the ease of the different settings.

Not so excellent out of the box

Other than that it washes great, easy to use and i love the compartment to put my pods and fabric softner in. Keeps it clean.

I still have questions which I will research when I have time. The machine uses very little water so I am not clear how much detergent to use. It does seem to do get the clothes clean so all is well.

Posted .We know how useful a manual can be when you’re getting used to an appliance. We have the manual available on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. We do expect the washer to use less water than older models; the Department of Energy has changed their standards regarding allowable water usage over time, and our load sensing technology provides the optimum amount of water based on the load. The wash performance is not negatively impacted. The manual does discuss detergent, and we would recommend following the detergent manufacturer’s suggestion regarding the amount to use.
