As for the operation of it, it was ok. Thought I’d get more by buying American made. Returned it back it Best Buy.

It tries to correct itself but usually ends early and wet. It also does not like being interupted with adding an item or trying to balance the unbalanced,Both leave a soaked load that needs a second run through the drain and spin cycle.

I don’t have a level floor but I have the machine as level as possible and in the spin cycle it shakes a lot causing the machine to slip and then needing adjusting.

I knew going into Best Buy i wanted an agitator free machine. I was unsure of the size as its bigger than i wantedbut also knew i wanted the anti bacterial protection. So far, i have been very happy with my choice.
