First, it was delivered already broken and defective. I had to wait another 3 days for a replacement. The replacement runs great.I love this machine, but having to wait for a replacement is where I gave it, the stars down from.

Started a normal load in the water does not drain from the tub leaving my clothes, soaking wet. Had to hand wring every piece of clothing and place in the bathtub while I weekday for a technician to come. GE does not want to take responsibility and replace the unit. They are basically forcing me to have them repair it until the manufacturer warranty expires that I’m out of luck. Best Buy does not want to offer any help either. Next time, I am not only NOT buying a GE, but I’m also not buying it from Best Buy Stand by the products you sell, and find solutions. That is how you will retain customers.
