What's with the pump?

Day 3 the pump started making a horrible noise whenever it's running ... super loud and consistent ... we will see if they stand behind it.

Posted .We certainly want to assist with any issue you're having with your washer. Troubleshooting tips are available starting on page 22 of your manual, which is available on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. Sounds are specifically discussed on page 24. Among other tips, we recommend ensuring the washer is leveled (the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed); if it's not level, that may lead to extra vibration and noise. We also have an article about noises on our GE Appliances website, titled "Top Load Washer - Noises Heard During Agitation"; you can view that when you look up the title and click the 'Support' tab. If after reviewing those resources you still think the noise isn't normal, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393. Safety Concern

Even an old Kenmore. We were always able to pack those to the brim. Even with the Samsung recall, we never had an issue with heavy loads in that model. However this washer certainly gave us a lot of cause for concern on a medium sized sheet load. I’m bummed that I cannot upload the video here. We heard a loud banging noise in the house. We walked into the laundry room to see the drum slamming against both sides of the casing of the washer. By the end of it, the washer bounced about 2 feet from its original position. The washer was leveled, and we had evenly distributed the sheets (even though these machines are supposed to even out the loads themselves.) I appreciate Best But for letting me exchange things in situations like this, as dealing with the-manufacturer can be very painful.

never shoopping at best buy again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this whole process of buying from best buy has been a nightmare. i purchased this item and scheduled a delivery day for 3/11/2024 never recieved a call to confirm. a day before delivery day i called again to confirm they said they cant tell what time it would be there but it was to be delivered on 3/11/24 upon waking up on 3/11/24 i took my old washing machine out and had it taken to dispose of. my order status said between 7:30am and 11:30am at 11:00 am i called to see if the window had changed. best buy stated that my delivery was cancled. due to the guy working in a different department. best buy never called or notified me of this. and said i could reschedule for 2 weeks later. leaving me with no washing machine. i then had to pay a moving company $100 to go to best buy to pick up my washing machine. i have talked to all the cooperate people at best buy and will not compensate me for picking it up myself and cant even acknowlege they messed up and then got laughed at by a costumer service rep named "andy". Best Buy is a joke. this isnt the first time this has happened either. but i guess like the old saying goes fool me twice, shame on me.... they dont care they already recieved my money.
