I wish it was a little less noisy during the washing cycle. Overall I am satisfied with the washer. I had to return the first washer due to the loud noise it was making during the wash and spin cycles.

Our clothes are coming out cleaner and I love that I can have my kids throw their clothes in before they leave in the morning and then I can just start the wash remotely from my desk at work. The only thing that I could say is a downside is that it can be kind of loud, but that doesn't bother me and I barely notice it.
I would recommend this to a friend Best Buy delivery is terrible.

They had the washer on it's side in the truck which damages the bearings, couldn't haul away my old machine for a week and left the giant box in my driveway. Washer seems nice but the delivery/haul away was a major FAIL.

The machine still works like new. Great options and quality of washes. Would definitely buy again. Switched from whirlpool to this brand and I am more satisfied with this one.

Tangled, twisted or knotted clothes are usually the result of wash loads that were not properly sorted. Here are some tips to help prevent clothing from getting tangled, knotted or twisted in your Top Load Washer. Avoid mixing heavier weight items with lighter weight items. Avoid putting too many or too few items in the washer. Make sure you set the proper water level for the load size you are doing. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hade this washer now for 18 months the only thing about it the tray to put your soap and softener doesnt work well it fills up with water after there is no more soap or softener and you have to get the water out before you use the tray to put more soap and softener in it other then that its a good quality waher.
