It has a large stainless steel tub; quiet when washing; and efficient. It is a nice-looking washing machine. I only have 1 complaint: When pressing the wash cycle button. I keep getting the "pause" cycle. It is excellent other than that issue.

I wanted simple, but would have to wait for delivery. I purchased a washer I could bring home immediately. I have used it for about a month and I am so happy. It is better than I expected. Excellent washer

Clothes smells clean the spin cycle is great clothes almost as dry some of them I just hang up and dryw right away. I will definitely purchase the same brand dryer when it's time to replace my old dryer.

I admit I didn't know what I purchased because I was going by size needed but absolutely love it. The only thing is, there is a piece of tape that covers the part that allows the machine to register you are doing a load. The tape is on the part that goes in the slot where the lid locks.

What's with the pump?

Day 3 the pump started making a horrible noise whenever it's running ... super loud and consistent ... we will see if they stand behind it.

Troubleshooting tips are available starting on page 22 of your manual, which is available on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page. Sounds are specifically discussed on page 24. Among other tips, we recommend ensuring the washer is leveled (the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed); if it's not level, that may lead to extra vibration and noise. We also have an article about noises on our GE Appliances website, titled "Top Load Washer - Noises Heard During Agitation"; you can view that when you look up the title and click the 'Support' tab. If after reviewing those resources you still think the noise isn't normal, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393. It is simple for my kids to use. When it's done washing the clothes they are almost dry. I love the different setting that it has.

With again only complaint is that it gives the option to use tide pods but the technician did not recommend that I use them because of the casing of the pods. He said it builds up..
