The washer washes well and uses less water. My issue is that the washer is loud.

Does a great wash and large loads. It has been put through the test with 4 people and 2 being athletes. It is rather loud because it clicks when shifting through cycles.

I really wish I could give 4.5 stars! I absolutely love this washer. The only thing I don’t like is if you have a large/bulky load it gets off balance sometimes but it’s good about re-balancing itself. But I can wash my king sized comforter in it and save myself a dry cleaning bill! Would definitely recommend, though.

Could not ask for a better washer. I’ve had them all, from all of the brands. This is by far the best , easiest to run and work, and leaves clothes feeling perfect. I originally hesitated because I saw a review about the door hinges being weak, but I have had it for a good while now and even with my 7 and 8 year old boys helping wash clothes it still holds up. Hindges and lid do feel a little cheaper compared to the rest of the unit but as long as it continues to hold up and I am cautious about it , it’s perfect!

Great washing machine. Easy to use and I love the various wash cycles. I am able to wash a queen size comforter with ease and it gets it really clean. I wish it were a little quieter when in use.

Buying it from besg buy with a no interest paymeng plan.was the. Est option, delivery was flawless, set up was very quick. I love the machine as i paired it with my 23 years old forst generation smart GE Profile Smart Dryer. Overall very ahppy with machine and its load capacity and efficiency.

The thought of move up with the technology scares me! Things are not made sturdy and to last long anymore. I had my first Maytag washer machine for almost 20 years back in the day. And all i had fixed on it was the belt. Got another Maytag and it lasted just two years. So, im trying another brand. Its ok, I just have to get used to all the fancy digital stuff. I don’t like the fact that the water doesn’t cover the clothes!and when it spends it makes a loud banging noise. I just want it to do what it supposed to and last longer than two years!

Love the performance cleaning and the capacity of use

This washer is what I would expect for a newer washer. It does great most of the time. The only downside is that it doesn't have an agitator. You might be able to purchase one aftermarket, but I have not looked into it. I was told I could wash my king size comforter, and I can, but I have to unravel the blanket before the washer starts to spin, or it just clunks against the side. Other than that I have had no issues, and really do enjoy having it. It's way quieter than most other washers that I have had, and that is a huge plus for me!

Excellent machine. Bought for my son’s first home. It’s just him, but he washes a lot of heavy loads. His jeans are covered in oil and grease and often washes 10-12 or of jeans or heavy weight pants at a time. This machine is super fast! Has it about 15 months with no issues. The dials are easy to understand and use. Top loand isn’t too bad for a 5’1 person to reach the stray sock at the bottom (it’s not easy, but doable).

The capacity and efficiency of this washer is superb. It uses the latest technology with high efficiency.

I really love this product and I love how it leaves my clothes clean, but it also has a lot of settings which is really good.

Best machine ever it’s quiet and it’s wide. Reminds me of laundromat machines. It gets the clothes very clean and has a wireless connection to control from an app. You can literally wash clothes and watch a movie at the same time. GE is in the future with this machine. I love it and recommend it for large families.

This is one of the better deal for the top load washer. After use of 2+ week using regular cloth and some big items, I am very satisfied with the wash. It washes all the cloths very nicely. Easy to setup different temperature and washing cycle. I would recommend for top load washer.

Nine washer, we are about a year in and it has been great! The only negative thing that we have had happen is a huge comforter sometimes gets off balanced and it takes the unit a few times to balance but regular cloths and towels work flawlessly!

washes ok but machine is a lot louder than my old one / also power turns on even when cycle is done for next wash so i alway have make sure i remember to shut the power off everytime i open the lid

This is and easy reach washer, good size and works well.

Love the look and color but washer is loud and seems to be unbalanced at times compared to the ringer type
