A big nuisance

Doesn't fit like the measurements said. Goes off balance as much as any other washer. Yes, I know how to use one of these. I follow all instructions, and I've been using HE impeller washers for years now. But it's just as bad as my old one, so I guess I spent all this money when I could've kept using my old washer just the same. Wash one blanket at a time. I basically have to take ALL of my blankets to the laundromat now instead of just the heaviest. I miss my old washer :(

Posted .We would like to help and provide some information. If you are experiencing your washer unit moving and becoming unbalanced. You will need to make sure the washer is level. The washer needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. We have an article from our website that will help if you search the title “Top Load Washer - Walking or Vibrating”.

Awesome Washer

The impeller is so much more efficient than an agitator and it doesn't beat up your clothes. Also, the color is beautiful, feels very luxurious.

Reminds me of laundromat machines. It gets the clothes very clean and has a wireless connection to control from an app. You can literally wash clothes and watch a movie at the same time. GE is in the future with this machine. I love it and recommend it for large families.

We had these for two days and scheduled a return because of how loud they are (the dryer in this set also). Best Buy has been great to deal with and made the return seamless. Also, compared to the LG I used to have the door, lint trap and detergent thing feel super cheap.

It seems to use less wasted water, cleans my clothes perfectly and quickly. It does show fingerprints, but considering the price and quality of this washing machine, I can surely live with that.

The color is very beautiful. This has a very large internal capacity that can fit a king size comforter depending on thickness. I highly recommend and truly hopes that it keeps working at its best.

Perfect for out baby on the way!!! We specifically looked for a sanitation cycle for babies clothing and I’m in love with the feature . Drys the clothes so well and very strong. Needs minimal time for delicates as it a sting dryer . Color is also great. Easy to wipe and keep clean .

At first I started to return it because there was barely any water filling up, but then I figured out you have to put it on “bulky” cycle and I believe a deep water option and my clothes now are submerged in water and get soooo clean!! I love it!
