There is no medium setting, it only goes by "sensing" and there's times barely.... BARELY any water. I understand it's to save water but, I would really like to have control of low, medium, or full fill. If there's a way to get medium fill, PLEASE tell me!!

While the washer is designed to optimize water usage, we value your input and are always looking for ways to enhance our products. This model does have a "Deep Fill" button. You can view the full instructions for this feature on page 14 of the use and care manual found in the "Features" tab on the product page. I noticed that when I fill the reservoir with softener, it empties directly into the clothes as I fill it. It did not do this at the beginning when I first bought it.

Posted .Thank you for reaching out. Your liquid fabric softener should be added to the far left washer drawer compartment. Follow the liquid fabric softener manufacturer’s recommendations for the correct amount of softener to use based on the load size. Do not overfill or dilute softener as this can result in additive being dispensed prematurely in the wash cycle. If you are following these steps when using fabric softener and the softener dispenses right away, we encourage you to call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your washer evaluated and repaired as needed.
A little noisy
