We recommend reviewing page 24 of the owner's manual for a list of normal sounds you can expect to hear. If the sounds are not described in the manual, we encourage you to call GE Appliances service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to have your washer checked. Deep Fill-Max Spin

In the first 3 months we needed to get the dryer repaired cause it stopped heating up. We now have the same issue another month after the first repair and it seems we may have a faulty unit

It’s not WiFi compatible like the washer and you have to purchase a separate connector which isn’t known until after purchase which was another disappointment
