The impeller allows Queen size and larger loads to be washed without getting tangled. The WiFi is convenient for knowing which cycle is running without having to check the machine and I can adjust the cycle via the app.

Sometimes we have found that if the unit tends to move it may be a leveling situation. We suggest checking the leveling legs on the unit to insure its leveled properly. Posted .We'd like to help with any issues you're having with your washer. If the clothes aren't washing well, we recommend ensuring the water temperature is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Other troubleshooting tips are available in your Use and Care manual; the manual can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product's page, and the Troubleshooting Tips section starts on page 22. Regarding the issue with balance, we recommend ensuring the washer is leveled (the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed) and items are loaded evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket. The washer having an infusor rather than an agitator would not affect the balance. If you aren't able to resolve the issues with the washer, Bodewell (GE Appliances' team of appliance care experts) can be reached at 833-426-3393. A technician can certainly examine the washer. -Sarah@GEAppliances

It has a number of great features and settings. After using it we like it even more. It's quiet and saves water!! So glad we bought it at Best Buy and that Joe too his time to shows many washers and answer our questions.

The previous washer was an LG and we were not happy that the unit didn't lasted a short time before we started having problems with it so we researched the ge unit and decided to purchase that unit and so far we are happy with it.
