Open box washer

You can only have a fulfill. If you have it on bulky it never let you know when your washer is done. Just the worst one I’ve ever bought. I’ll never buy another one.

Posted .We'd like to help out with your washer getting out of balance. We recommend checking to make sure that your unit is completely level to the ground, as this can help tremendously with balancing the load and prevent excessive vibrations. It also helps with the sensor and detecting the soil level, which relates to cycles knowing when to end. This thing spins like a crazy and cut down the time the dryer needs to run. Very happy so far. Down side, I had to wait 10 days for delivery.

A good, but noisy, washer.

Please check out page 24 in your use and care manual, as it describes different common sounds. Also, view the article on our website called "Top load washer - normal sounds". If you don't think that the sound you're hearing is being referenced, please have one of our certified GEA technicians come out to take a look. You definitely have to pay attention in the early days to understand what works and doesn’t.

Stated the pricing for this model is the same at all local stores. They took their time and no pressure. Looked at other models and went back to this one!

It has a large stainless steel tub; quiet when washing; and efficient. It is a nice-looking washing machine. I only have 1 complaint: When pressing the wash cycle button. I keep getting the "pause" cycle. It is excellent other than that issue.
