Hello. We appreciate you leaving a review, and we’re glad to hear the washer is cleaning well for you. But we do regret that you’re not happy with the noise the washer makes. We always want to provide a great product, and your concern will be shared with our team for review; your feedback is appreciated. Regarding the noise, you may want to make sure the load size is appropriate for the cycle you’ve chosen, the basket is loaded evenly and the washer itself is level; an uneven load or the washer itself being uneven may cause additional vibration and add to the noise level. If it might be helpful, there’s a description of noises the washer may make on page 24 of the manual, which you can view on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. We encourage you to review the Owner's Manual for directions on how to double check to be sure your washer is level and if not how to remedy that. You will also find descriptions of the normal sounds you can expect to hear. While we design all of our appliances for the quietest operation possible it is normal for your unit to make some noise. On the website you can find the use and care guide (page 24) normal sounds you should hear from your new washer unit. Hello- We appreciate your purchase and hope the more you use your new washer the more you will like it. This is a really nice model. The machine will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. If the washer is in a paused state with the lid closed for more than 24 hours and water is present the washer will come on and drain the water. We hope this is helpful.
