Really nice washing machine if you use it right

A cycle for any need but I usually use a small 24 minute cycle on warm or cold water and they come out clean every time. It spins so good that it takes a lot of work out of the dryer as long as you don't overload it like my children sometimes do. It will clean them better and faster doing smaller loads and also do a good job spinning them drier so you save electric on your dryer.

It fits almost 2 loads of my previous washer into one load and gets the clothes clean. Its quieter than my old one and I like the ease of the different settings.

We tried everything before calling the geek squad but we had to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, it works great.

The sanicycle work quite well. Fantastic capacity and appreciate the non-aggitator style. Overall, it is far superior to my previous front load HE. It is noisy at times, which is only downside at this time.

However i love my new washer and dryer! The app is a bonus so it notifies me when its done and alerts me if i forget. Highly recommend this brand.

I can’t trust this washer to clean. I have to babysit it by checking water levels and balance myself. Clothes on top don’t get submerged, I push them down. Travels all over the floor. Too often the loads don’t spin/drain properly. Only pro- it looks good (because it’s new!). I was warned by the reviews. My fault

Posted .Hi there - we’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your washer. It’s understandable that you’d be concerned with these issues and we’d love to share some troubleshooting tips that will help. This is a high-efficiency washing machine which requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. If you still prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. -- With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. -- If these tips don’t help resolve the issue, service may be needed. better the front loader!

Been using it for a couple weeks now, does a better job on my front loader we replaced it with. Much easier to load as well. No moldy smells, like you get from the front loader. Would recommend
