I can’t trust this washer to clean. I have to babysit it by checking water levels and balance myself. Clothes on top don’t get submerged, I push them down. Travels all over the floor. Too often the loads don’t spin/drain properly. Only pro- it looks good (because it’s new!). I was warned by the reviews. My fault

Posted .Hi there - we’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your washer. It’s understandable that you’d be concerned with these issues and we’d love to share some troubleshooting tips that will help. This is a high-efficiency washing machine which requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer and may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. If you still prefer to have a higher water level, you can use the “Deep Fill” feature which adds 3 gallons of water to the wash load if pressed once or can provide the deepest fill possible if held for 3 seconds. -- With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. -- If these tips don’t help resolve the issue, service may be needed. We tried everything before calling the geek squad but we had to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, it works great.

However i love my new washer and dryer! The app is a bonus so it notifies me when its done and alerts me if i forget. Highly recommend this brand.

Highly recommend using the deep wash option for bulky items. It's a little louder than my previous washing machine so hopefully it works for awhile. The price is high though, $699....
