Doesn't fit like the measurements said. Goes off balance as much as any other washer. Yes, I know how to use one of these. I follow all instructions, and I've been using HE impeller washers for years now. But it's just as bad as my old one, so I guess I spent all this money when I could've kept using my old washer just the same. Wash one blanket at a time. I basically have to take ALL of my blankets to the laundromat now instead of just the heaviest. I miss my old washer :(

It’s nice that it is a smart washer without breaking the bank. It’s neat that it tells you your wash will be done in 5mins & when it’s complete. I do find when it starts it’s kinda of loud when it sensing, but after it’s not bad.

Great Washer So Far

We have had a front loading unit for many years and decided to go to a top loading. The washer is huge inside and looks great with the matching dryer. We have been able to feel the difference from our previous machines compared to these ones. The clothes feel a lot cleaner and smell cleaner.

The cost, style and load size are very appealing (especially when on sale) however I’m not completely sold on performance. There are times when using this unit that the drum will out of now where get out of sync mid spin cycle and pound on the sides of the washer body, if you’re able to see the sides you can see them protruding from their normal shape when the drum hits them. Other than that and the time of wash cycles I have been generally happy…. But beware of the matching dryer…

First, it was delivered already broken and defective. I had to wait another 3 days for a replacement. The replacement runs great.I love this machine, but having to wait for a replacement is where I gave it, the stars down from.
