I hate this machine. Truly regret buying it. Because there is no agitator, everything gets balled up (especially large items like sheets and towels) and creates unbalanced loads which you have to wrestle because a king size blanket that's soaked with water is heavy, but add to that that it's tangled amongst other things and it's a real workout. It's also so deep that it's extremely hard for my 5'5" frame to get everything out when the load is complete and I've almost fallen in more than once. Also, it has a lid lock that takes forever to unlock when you press pause to fix the imbalance so you can't open the lid, and then it takes forever to start again so it just wastes your time. Also, that pause/play button is alternately overly sensitive and not at all sensitive enough, so it thinks you've pressed it twice (play, pause) when you've only pressed it once, and then you have to press it a dozen times to get it to recognize when you're trying to pause the load. I hate this thing. The only good thing about the machine is that I finally can wash my king size comforter (technically a duvet insert) at home, which is good because my dog loves to pee on it. It took awhile to understand how to use the "deep fill" button and the "drain+spin" cycle, so now that I've got those decoded, I think the machine deserves 2 stars. I mean, it works, it generally gets things clean, but I would highly recommend getting a machine with an agitator to avoid the frustrations I've mentioned. I hope this helps in your decision making since buying a new washer is something most of us don't do that often in life.

Loving it so far. Only hiccup was getting it to connect to my wifi and the app. I called GEcuetomer service and they were super helpful and it didn’t take long to resolve.

Great washer, no complaints about it does it’s job and I love that you can keep track of the cycle time with the app.

Washer is great, like the bigger tub as can wash our comforts now. NO LAUNDRY MAT!!

Got this to replace an AMANA whaser, happy with the upgrade.

The only reason I am giving these a 3 is because of the price and appearance. We had these for two days and scheduled a return because of how loud they are (the dryer in this set also). Best Buy has been great to deal with and made the return seamless. Also, compared to the LG I used to have the door, lint trap and detergent thing feel super cheap.

More often than I like this washer makes unbalanced loads and bangs around like a bumper car. It tries to correct itself but usually ends early and wet. It also does not like being interupted with adding an item or trying to balance the unbalanced,Both leave a soaked load that needs a second run through the drain and spin cycle.

Open box sometime door on washer doesnt lick all the time didnt start right away however still wash clothes when not locke and the soap tray is not durable

Well priced unit not as many bells whistles as our last kenmore and not as quite either. It works well and the spin cycle is really good helping in shortening dryer time Ut us a noise machine thou than previous machine.

My clothes wash soo good in my new washer. I love everything about this washer. Im soo glad i didn't listen to some of the bad reviews

Replaced my older Samsung with this one and it has more space, much quieter, and gets my loads done faster. Connected to my Alexa as well.

We bought this unit with the matching dryer. The cost, style and load size are very appealing (especially when on sale) however I’m not completely sold on performance. There are times when using this unit that the drum will out of now where get out of sync mid spin cycle and pound on the sides of the washer body, if you’re able to see the sides you can see them protruding from their normal shape when the drum hits them. Other than that and the time of wash cycles I have been generally happy…. But beware of the matching dryer…

Great washer all around does a fantastic job. Would give it 5 stars for the job it does cleaning clothing but took a star off because it is a little louder(not horrible at all) then we expected

My old washwe was over 10 years old and was not reallt washing anymore. This one has been a life changer with how easy it is to use for my parents.

All the settings are helpful. Every wash cycle is efficient and effective. Super happy. Washer is great.
