Good washing machine recently purchased and works well.

This GE washer is absolutely the best choice we made, in fact we purchased a different brand before this one and returned days later to buy this GE. The drum size is perfect for a family and easy for everyone in the family to operate. Great purchase!

We have had this washer and dryer for a year now and I have had no issues! I could immediately tell how much cleaner our clothes were when we switched! Worth the money!

Love love my new washer and dryer. Washes and sanitizes so well. Perfect for out baby on the way!!! We specifically looked for a sanitation cycle for babies clothing and I’m in love with the feature . Drys the clothes so well and very strong. Needs minimal time for delicates as it a sting dryer . Color is also great. Easy to wipe and keep clean .

This washer has some updated features that are easy to understand and use. The color is very beautiful. This has a very large internal capacity that can fit a king size comforter depending on thickness. I highly recommend and truly hopes that it keeps working at its best.

I’ve had this for about 8 months now, we do a ton of laundry! At first I started to return it because there was barely any water filling up, but then I figured out you have to put it on “bulky” cycle and I believe a deep water option and my clothes now are submerged in water and get soooo clean!! I love it!

GE Profile operates,very efficient with deep water. Great for comforters and large loads.

I hate this machine. Truly regret buying it. Because there is no agitator, everything gets balled up (especially large items like sheets and towels) and creates unbalanced loads which you have to wrestle because a king size blanket that's soaked with water is heavy, but add to that that it's tangled amongst other things and it's a real workout. It's also so deep that it's extremely hard for my 5'5" frame to get everything out when the load is complete and I've almost fallen in more than once. Also, it has a lid lock that takes forever to unlock when you press pause to fix the imbalance so you can't open the lid, and then it takes forever to start again so it just wastes your time. Also, that pause/play button is alternately overly sensitive and not at all sensitive enough, so it thinks you've pressed it twice (play, pause) when you've only pressed it once, and then you have to press it a dozen times to get it to recognize when you're trying to pause the load. I hate this thing. The only good thing about the machine is that I finally can wash my king size comforter (technically a duvet insert) at home, which is good because my dog loves to pee on it. It took awhile to understand how to use the "deep fill" button and the "drain+spin" cycle, so now that I've got those decoded, I think the machine deserves 2 stars. I mean, it works, it generally gets things clean, but I would highly recommend getting a machine with an agitator to avoid the frustrations I've mentioned. I hope this helps in your decision making since buying a new washer is something most of us don't do that often in life.

Great washer & dryer set! Works wonders with large loads for our family of 6.

Washer started getting really loud during the spin cycle after about a year and a half of owning. At the 2 year mark, the washer stopped in the middle of the cycle altogether and would not go into the spin cycle. Called a local tech to come and take a look and he told me that the control board needed replaced and the bearings were going bad and that the transmission would need replaced as well. He was shocked that it was only 2 years old and told me to avoid GE. So now we are replacing with a different washer altogether. Also to be noted, our matching dryer had issues within the first year of owning and luckily was covered under warranty at that time but, even now, it sounds terrible and makes a squeeling noise from time to time. I also had bought a GE dishwasher about a year and a half ago which is now having issues with leaks around the door. Just going to take that techs advise and avoid GE products in the future.

Been using now over a month and love it, good size for family of 6.

Ilove how big the bowl is,and how much cleaner my clothes are.
